The room was excellently furnished with beds for both my young children. The room was also at the rear of the hotel which provided a quite peaceful atmosphere in which the chilren could sleep.
Dislikes:
When we arrived there were not Hotel staff onsite whatsoever.

Nobody appears to be manning reception and in the morning we didn't see a soul during breakfast and upon departure.

The room was spacious and well appointed, bed comfortable and there was no noise disturbance.
Dislikes:
Two very minor problems which were not a concern to me but might be to others 1/ The TV was not working.
2/ There was no plug for the wash basin, which means that costly hot water was being wasted.

"Worse night we have ever had in a hotel."
We were on the front of the building which was on the main road, it was like laying on the hard shoulder of the M11, the noise was terrible.

The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 5am shuttle was on time and the driver was helpful.
Dislikes:
I both phoned and emailed ahead of arrival to organise a cot in the room, but it wasn't there, however the member of staff present sorted it for me. The main light bulb didn't work in the room.

Dislikes:
Only one pillow per person supplied - would have preferred two per person.

Would like to arrive at the hotel in the knowledge that I was to be shown a rear room away from the road and the noise.Always make this request when I book but do not get satisfaction.
